Our Culinary Arts programs are patterned after a European style apprenticeship program with chefs teaching real-world application of skills. Our unique programs feature a student-run and chef-facilitated restaurant on Sheboygan’s Riverfront. Terms begin in August and January.

  • Learn classic French techniques and methods and contemporary fusion cuisine

CULINARY ARTS Associate Degree

The associate degree program prepares you for management positions and offers advanced training so you can go on to earn your Bachelor's Degree 

NEW! PART-TIME CULINARY ARTS Associate Degree for Industry Professionals

This accelerated program is designed for working professionals already employed in the culinary industry for one to two years. (Attend culinary classes two nights per week. Integrate restaurant work experience into the program and earn credit while in your workplace.)

CULINARY ARTS Technical Diploma

The Technical Diploma program is designed for those wishing to enter the culinary field.

Kohler Logoscholarships are available for this program.

YA Logo Youth Apprenticeship is a rigorous 1 or 2 year program that combines academic and technical classroom instruction with mentored on-the-job learning for high school students. It allows students a chance to “try out” a potential career interest, while allowing them to experience the real world working environment. Youth Apprenticeship combines academic instruction, instruction in an occupational area, and paid on-the-job-training.

Many jobs are available in the Culinary and Hospitality field in Manitowoc and Sheboygan Counties!
