The students of the Lakeshore Culinary Institute run a fully operational restaurant named Bistro 712. Through the operation of this unique restaurant, Culinary Arts students are engaged in a hands-on immersion program. Bistro 712 provides students with meaningful educational experiences that give them the skills they need to meet the time pressure, volume and customer service demands of area employers.
