The Lakeshore Culinary Institute is Lakeshore Technical College's teaching and dining facility set in Sheboygan's Riverfront Neighborhood just south of downtown. The institute brings together traditional fine dining and Culinary Arts instruction. Students begin the program each May, August, and January and become part of a smaller class size of 12 students that results in more kitchen time and more individualized instruction from the chefs. The state-of- the-art Manitowoc Company Culinary Kitchen offers students the most advanced tools in the industry. Students use the restaurant, open several nights and days each week while school is in session, as their practicum courses.

The Lakeshore Culinary Institute also offers home chefs and hospitality professionals the opportunity to take home new culinary skills and stay on top of industry training. The Vollrath Company Demonstration Center provides the ideal setting for these classes and seminars.
